If you are interested in adopting one of our Labradors, please complete the application below and click the Submit button.  After receiving your application one of our volunteers will set up a time for a telephone interview with you.  This interview will help us ascertain whether or not your home is suitable for a rescued Labrador.

If you adopt a dog from our foster care, the fee is $250.  We ask that you make payment of $20 with your application and that amount will be deducted from your adoption fee.  You may pay the amount by check, made out to OKI Labrador Rescue or through our PayPal account by clicking on the link below.

We must receive the $20 donation before your application is approved; otherwise, we cannot continue to offer our services to Labradors in need.
